May 6th, 2009
Now everything is turning to GPS. Everything else you own will be having GPS navigation. Not only your car, your phone, and the Sony PSP. Now it is the time for the Nintendo DS to get into the GPS game. With this feature you can even locate a gamestop.
It is designed by Fab Chain of China, it is a GPS module for the new NDS Lite. only plug the Ranger into the accessory port on the front of your NDS, and… and you will get turn-by-turn directions with the Google Maps integration. The Google Maps will display maps in 2D and also fake 3D perspective modes. You can also have automatic day/night modes. The module also has its own built in rechargeable batteries. So, now no drain out of your NDS’ power supply.
Yes, another cool thing. This module you can connect the Ranger to your PC or PDA via a USB connection and use it as a GPS on those devices too.
