No more plugging into the mains again. No more worry about the charger. Now Nintendo DS is solar powered. Take a Nintendo DS, a handful of solar panels, some spare time and this Instructable and you land up with this: a solar-powered DS

The panels are four in number and each is 60 x 60 mm. The capacity of each panel is up to 3 volts at 40 ma power output. With this you can actually create a trickle charger potent enough to avoid the requirement of mains power.
Dark sponge, the original maker claims that you don’t require the PSU in fitting the panels. The mileage of the flow will depend on how much you use the DS and how long you leave it soaking up the sun.
The solar panels cost you approximately $3.75 each. It will be most impressive and abreast to this also eco friendly and wallet friendly.
