Nintendo 3DS succeeding Nintendo DS

Over the past 5 years it has been seen that the stock of () is on a steady growth and this is not because of the success of . In fact this success of was due to the DS video game system released in late 2004.

The fortune of also grew after the release of DS’ first hardware revision named DS Lite.

More than 130 million units across the world has been sold of the various incarnations of the console and it became the best selling video game platform in the history of gaming industry.

But all these only seems to be just a begining. unveiled the 3DS, the next gaming device.

It was revealed at the event that the 3DS will be succeeding the DS and it will be a clamshell-shaped device with 2 LCD screens.

Kingdom Hearts portable game announced at E3

At the 2009 press conference recently there was on display a beautiful and handful portable gaming titles for the DS and DSi Shop. Officially this portable was yet to be announced.

It was the new portable game that was announced later. It was the first DS version of the collaboration of Square Enix and Disney franchise. Role playing games fans have many more reasons than this to be excited as Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story and also Golden Sun DS were announced at the conference. Gamers can also expect Bowser’s Inside Story this fall. The Golden Sun DS may arrive by the year 2010.

The had showcased a desire in the press conference of 2009 in order to appeal to fans of James Patterson novels as Women’s Murder Club: Games of Passion checks in to provide a new way to enjoy the crime-solving novels. By using the DS, gamers will uncover clues, reaching very closer to the truth.
