The Nintendo DS Lite is the lighter version of the Nintendo DS, the first dual screened handheld from Nintendo. The Nintendo DS has a smaller even slimmer body and is 20% lighter than the original ‘phatty’ Nintendo DS. Since its introduction in January 2006 Nintendo has managed to sell over 50 million units of the Nintendo DS Lite worldwide.

The Nintendo DS isn’t just a game machine, it’s also a stylish machine with new innovative controls and it offers tons of other possibilities by using certain extra peripherals. White Nintendo DS Lite systems still having left hinge cracks

Ever since its launch the Nintendo DS Lite has been suffering with some left hinge problems. Some gamers get a crack in their left hinge without an explanation. Even when you’re really careful with your Nintendo DS Lite it’s possible that you might get a crack in your DS Lite. Nintendo is replacing these units, but some gamers have had this problem several times before. It’s strange that they’re still having this problem so many months after the launch of the system. Only white Nintendo DS Lite handhelds seem to be having these problems. (more…)

Cutest Hello Kitty Nintendo DS Lite bag?

This YouTuber claims to have the coolest Nintendo DS Lite accessories set for her DS Lite! Her Hello Kitty bag sure is awesome and her DS Lite case is pretty neat too. Along some pink wrist straps she also has some extras like a big pink touch pen. Looks like this one likes spending money on Nintendo DS Lite accessories, but spending money on official games definitely isn’t her thing! Dirt cheater, don’t use Supercards, it’s illegal!

Beautiful new Nintendo DS Lite colors in the picture

Europe is getting brand new Nintendo DS Lite colors while we’re still playing our white, black, blue, pink and crimson ones! To make it a colorful summer, Nintendo of Europe released three new Nintendo DS Lite versions on June 13th. At the moment there aren’t announcements for a American release of these neat colors.

Since today Guitar Hero: On Tour from Activision is available exclusively for the Nintendo DS Lite. This neat game comes with the revolutionary Guitar Hero Guitar Grip peripheral that fits snugly into your NDS Lite. You can use the stylus to strum like a true rocker. Unboxing the red Nintendo DS Lite

Since June 13th European gamers can get the red, lime green and turquoise Nintendo DS Lite for the price of 149.99 euro. This NDS Lite is off course the same Nintendo DS Lite like all othere Nintendo DS Lite systems out there. The only difference is off course the color of the handhelds. Nintendo hasn’t announced any new colors for the US and Japan yet.

With all those male gamers out there it’s nice to see that publishers are finally getting into gadgets and accessories for female Nintendo DS Lite gamers! Taruga has a great collection of cute girly Nintendo DS Lite peripherals with Hello Kitty. They have a few different pouches including a white, pink and blue one and they’re actually all pretty cheap at Play-Asia.
