Health control timer in Nintendo DSi
Friday, April 3rd, 2009
May the Nintendo DSi have launched today, but here is something unique that the owners of Nintendo DS Lite may take advantage of: a Health Control Game Timer that flicks the off switch for gamers when they have been playing for too long.
This new feature of Health Control Game Timer by the owners of Nintendo in Nintendo DS is ideal if gamers end up playing Ace Attorney for hours on end. Slot the game in to the Nintendo DS Lite GBA slot and set the timer for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes or even to 120 minutes and carry on gaming as normal.
As gamers get closer to the time limit, an LED light will start glowing in the gadget, and the Nintendo DS Lite will start vibrating and also beeping. If gamers manage to play through all that and hit the time limit then this gaming gadget will simply switch off, without saving the current game.

Unfortunately, since the Nintendo DSi does not have a GBA slot, gamers will still be able to go overboard on it.
This feature of Nintendo DS Lite is certainly ideal if gamers don’t know when to stop - and of course know how to import goods from Japan. Gamers could now simply take it out before playing if they have some real addiction.
